Kanae is another maître d’ of Dokissaten. A very quiet girl, she had originally joined Dokissaten to improve her social skills. She was somewhat a recluse in her earlier days, spending hours and even days on end on her laptop surfing the internet and playing MMORPGs or reading. She loves to travel, often planning her next trips overseas without permission from Emiru and suddenly taking leave for extended lengths of time. She stays in the café to earn money to support herself, and is often seen with headphones during downtime as she listens to her music to keep herself in a good mood. 

Likes: Travelling, Victorian fashion, rock music 
Dislikes: extremely perky people, waking up early, being late for flights

Shinju has white eyes and a fierce expression that people find intimidating, but in reality he’s actually nice and somewhat shy. Hoping to lessen his scariness, he wears a noseband to hide some of his features. While in the cafe, he follows Loki around, him being her bodyguard after all. Shin secretly wants to be the right hand man of Emiru. 

Likes: Staying at a corner from time to time, following Loki, chocolates, and bells 
Dislikes: Seeing Loki in danger, chocolates with nuts, annoying people.

Shiki is the café’s resident tsundere –someone that is hot-headed on the surface but eventually softens up and becomes all loving when triggered by their ‘weaknesses’. Don’t worry, though! Our Kurenai can easily tame him in case he gets out of control. But is it really the best solution?

Dislikes: Losing!!! Tall people!!! KURENAI!

Shido, after being mistaken for someone else, was kidnapped and brought to this country. He managed to escape and came across Emiru, smoking outside Dokissaten. Since he had nothing left, Shido joined Dokissaten’s staff to earn money so he could get back home to Japan. 
He often mixes up orders and messes up in the kitchen. However, since the arrival of Mikoto, he’s begun to improve himself, now cleaning up after other people’s messes. (or specifically, Mikoto’s messes). 

Likes: Things he’s never seen, and tigers, and swords
Dislikes: Fruits, specifically bananas

Not to be confused with Emiru, Emi is quite the strange girl. Raised by cows, Emi tends to be socially awkward, having strange habits and tendencies. No one really believes that she was raised by cows, but with the way she acts it might not be too far from the truth. Emi meets Seika in the dairy section of a supermarket. Amused and feeling an immediate connection with her, Seika invites her to join the Café. 

Likes: Milk, cheesecake, Everything Dairy 
Dislikes: Beef 
Café Event Skill: Epic coffee- and tea-mixing powers
